Evening Package Options for your Wedding, Corporate event or Private party.

As an experienced wedding, corporate and private function and party band we understand that each type of event needs different approaches to ensure ALL the guests have the best possible evening.

Equally each client’s requirements and preferences are unique and so the band management will consult with the client to ensure that needs of the individual event are met and they best tailor their offering to the clients specific requirements.

Aurora has the repertoire and flexibility to meet the wide range of requirements and to help the client’s initial selection process, the band have packaged the following options:

Option 1

• This is the core 5 piece line up that does the majority of our clients bookings and can be viewed and their live peformances can be listened to on the video and audio clips on the website and myspace sites.

Option 2

• If a larger line up is desired for the larger budget or venue,  a 7-8 piece option is offered as we can add to the line up professional drum and bass players and a keyboard player as required.

Option 3

• If a smaller Aurora line up is required due to venue or budget constraints then a 3 or 4 member band line up can be offered with either 1 or 2 saxes as required.

Extra Evening Sets Option

• The evening options are based on 3 off 45 minute sets or 2 off 1 hour sets finishing at midnight. If additional sets or playing beyond midnight are required, these can added at an agreed price, (if the client has organised the extension beyond midnight with the venue management).

Option 4

• Additional Mellow Instrumental Set - if you wish to have mellow accompaniment to greet the guests as they arrive at your wedding or corporate reception or to play background during the meal, a guitar and sax combo can provide unobtrusive accompaniment from a very small footprint to the start of your special event.

Entertainment Organisation Option

• Aurora supply their own PA system and lighting for their performances.  To avoid duplication of PA set ups (particularly important in smaller venues) and/or to take some of the organizational burden from the client, for a management fee Aurora Management can organise the booking, liaison and coordination of a DJ, or other entertainers needing the use of Aurora’s PA systems between the bands sets to ensure all the days PA based entertainment is fully synchronized.
